Winter Fog Wreaks Havoc

Dec 12, 2008 - Madera, California, USA - Tail lights were barely visible as motorists braved the fog early Friday morning on southbound Hwy 99 as seen from the Yosemite Ave. overpass. The seasonal Tule fog has again wreaked havoc as several multi-vehicle colisions have occured up and down the Central Valley
